You’ve Grown.
Now Let the World Feel It.

It’s time for a brand that reflects your impact, and makes your next move undeniable.

You’ve done the hard work. Built, scaled, evolved. Now your brand needs to catch up. We create visual identities that don’t just tell your story, they spark emotion and leave people with something to feel. Our process digs into the core of who you are and what makes your business different, then brings it to life with clarity and intent. The result? A visual presence that doesn’t just reflect your growth. It amplifies it and invites your audience to feel it too.

Our Process:

Built on intention, driven by understanding.

We don’t believe in shortcuts or surface level design. Our process is strategic, collaborative, and tailored for businesses that are ready to show up with confidence. Every phase is rooted in understanding who you are, what you stand for, and where you’re headed, so the final identity doesn’t just look good, it feels right.

From discovery to delivery, we guide you through a creative journey designed to pull out the essence of your brand and translate it into a logo system that’s smart, timeless, and unforgettable. No fluff. No filler. Just the kind of design that gets noticed and gets results.

Phase 1:

Discovery Meeting

We’ll conduct a detailed discussion with the client to review our branding questionnaire, exploring your mission, vision, brand values, and unique value proposition. We’ll also address your target audience and primary competitors. This research will guide us in defining the appropriate style and necessary assets to meet your branding needs.

For clients looking to dig deeper before design begins, our Creative Strategy services help uncover the heart of your brand, who you are, what you stand for, and how to communicate it with confidence.

Phase 2:

Brand Noun Process

After the Discovery Meeting, we move into the Brand Noun Process, a collaborative and strategic exercise that forms the conceptual foundation for the brandmark. In this phase, we work closely with the client to create a list of 8 to 10 nouns (person, place, or thing) that best define the subject matter for the brand symbol. These nouns are carefully selected to reflect the company’s services, values, and unique value proposition. If a key concept isn’t a noun, we’ll craft a metaphor to represent it visually. For example, if “Trust” is a core value, we might suggest nouns like a shield, key, or lock to symbolize it. This list of brand nouns will serve as the inspiration for the sketching phase.

Phase 3:

Sketching & Design Exploration

We take pride in being able to conceptualize our initial ideas on paper before jumping into the digital phase. Through the sketching process we are able to explore numerous directions, then focus solely on what is solving the clients needs. This allows for our presentation to not be overwhelming, and thus, trusting our research and design development.

Phase 4:

Initial Logo Presentation

Once we’re done with our research and design exploration, we will present 2 logo concepts along with our design thinking that provides the client with real life applications, and use of logo direction.

Phase 5:

Finalizing
Primary Logo

After receiving feedback on the logo concepts, a primary logo design will be finalized. The primary logo design will dictate the needs of any secondary logos.

Phase 6:

Secondary Logos

Following establishment and approval of the Primary Logo, we will create applicable logo variations to accommodate future marketing needs. The logo variations often include a vertical version, horizontal version, brand mark, word mark, full color and black and white.

Phase 7:

Logo Guide &
Master Files

After all primary and secondary logos are approved by the client, all logos in the logo family will be exported as individual files for use in marketing collateral. Client will receive logo files with the following extensions: ai, pdf, png and jpeg.

Your Logo Is Your Signal

Your identity system is the language it speaks.

A strong logo grabs attention, but it’s the full identity system that builds recognition. Type, color, pattern, imagery, layout, tone, and messaging are the elements that give your brand consistency, clarity, and character wherever it shows up. Without them, even the best logo stands alone.

We build complete visual systems that scale with your business. From business cards to full brand guideline books, your identity stays sharp, cohesive, and unmistakably yours. Because in the end, your audience won’t just remember your logo. They’ll remember how your brand made them feel every time they see it.

Phase 8:

Application Design

Once your logo design is complete, we begin building the full identity system around it. This is where your brand takes shape across real-world applications, tailored to your business, your audience, and your goals.

Whether it's business stationery, social media templates, web banners, brochures, posters, or signage, we design every piece to reflect your brand with clarity and consistency. And if you need something outside our scope, we collaborate with a trusted network of creative partners to get it done right.

This phase is where your brand stops being an idea and starts showing up everywhere it matters.
